If you feel tired, wired, or frustrated by your current physical state, you can begin to experience lasting change in as few as 5 CranioSacral (CST) sessions.
After CranioSacral work, you may sleep better, be more present in your life, and have less pain. CST can help resolve issues that have not responded to other methods like Chiropractic, Acupuncture, physical therapy, or massage. A CranioSacral approach is different than anything you have experienced before.
Andrew Rosenstein, RCST®, with his intensive experience, training, and sensitivity, will introduce you to a deeply restorative session designed just for your needs. CranioSacral Therapy will quiet your nervous system and bring increased focus, energy, and healing into your life.

If you’ve “tried everything,” then you’re finally ready for CranioSacral!
CranioSacral is especially helpful when:
Physical therapy provided only temporary relief
Massage feels too intense
Chiropractic feels too abrupt
Acupuncture is just not enough
Medications don’t address the root issue
Stress or trauma worsens your symptoms
Practitioners just aren’t listening to you
What will CranioSacral (CST) do for me?
CST works with your nervous system, not just your muscles or joints.
When your nervous system is constantly in fight, flight, or freeze, your body:
• Holds tension
• Amplifies pain
• Disrupts sleep
• Struggles to heal
• Stays anxious or exhausted
CST helps your system downshift into safety, where repair and regulation can happen.
What can I expect from a
CranioSacral Session?
-

LISTENING
Each session begins with taking time to understand your needs and any current life-stressors or physical concerns.
-

BALANCE
We continue our work on a massage table, where you are fully-clothed and recline comfortably on your back or side. Gentle light-touch techniques are used to support your nervous system to move toward better integration.
-

STILLNESS
Allowing our nervous systems to experience stillness in a one-hour session supports our emotional and physical well-being. Renewed energy, focus, and a healthier self can be the result of our work together.
