Qi Gong Healing

Experience Three Treasures

Medical Qi Gong (pronounced “chi gong”) is one of the four branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine. You have likely heard of some of the other branches which include acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. Qi Gong is the ancient practice of energy cultivation. In Chinese Medicine, this universal energy is called “Qi.” In the practice of Qi Gong, flowing postures are uniquely designed to harness that energy and enrich our bodies with it. In other words, Qi is the energy all around us that infuses all living things with the potency to grow and heal.

In practice, Qi Gong healing involves traditional Chinese bodywork designed to build-up the body’s Qi and can encourage the body to orient toward health. Qi is the energy that can return us to a more balanced place, simply put, it is the energy that makes things the way they supposed to be.

In a Qi Gong healing session, I will use specific massage and deep visualization techniques to balance Yin and Yang energies within your body, and unblock the flow of Qi. We will access Three Treasures of Qi from Heaven, Earth, and your own being to unlock your infinite healing potential.

May the Qi be with you!

A Qi Gong Healing session does not mean that we will be doing any Qi Gong during the session. I would be happy to recommend some Qi Gong exercises you could practice at home.

During a session, you will relax fully-clothed on a massage table as you experience the wonderful joy that this work can bring. Yin and Yang massage techniques are used to bring energy into balance within your body. Light up the four energy centers along your central meridian and the triple burner of all three Dantians, the distinct locations where your wisdom, compassion, and vitality Qi are centered. Together, these are the Four Golden Wheels of energy, health, and happiness.

Acupuncture meridians and points are stimulated without the use of needles. Circulation can bring new vitality to the complexion of your skin, the health of your organs, and the restore clarity to your thoughts.

Qi Gong Healing is designed to support any traditional medical treatment you are already undergoing, and does not have any contraindications. If you have concerns, please check with me or with your physician before making an appointment. It is not designed to treat or diagnose any disease.
